This policy explains what information Cinemanix collects when you use cinemanix.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Cinemanix is a video production, post production and commercial photography studio operating from Youngstown, Ohio and Fort Mill, South Carolina.
If you email us, call us, or book a meeting through the scheduling tool on this site, we receive whatever you send: your name, email address, phone number, company, and the details of the project you are describing. We use it to answer you and to scope the work.
Like most websites, our host records standard request data: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages you visited. We also use privacy-focused analytics to understand which pages get read and how the site performs. This is aggregate traffic measurement, not tracking you across other sites.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
A small number of service providers process data on our behalf: our website host, our analytics provider, our email provider, and the calendar tool used for booking meetings. Embedded content, such as a video player or a scheduling frame, is served by those providers and is subject to their own privacy policies.
We keep project correspondence for as long as the client relationship and our record keeping obligations require. Analytics data is retained in aggregate. If you want your inquiry deleted, write to us and we will remove it.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. We honor those requests regardless of where you are.
This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Minors who appear as talent in productions are covered by the releases and agreements signed for that production, not by this site policy.
If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date above and post the revised version here.
